Conclusion of the Effects of Galantamine on REM sleep:
On the nights I did wake-back-to-Bed technique, upon going back to sleep at 6am, I went into "Light Sleep" immediately, and stayed in it for a while before going into REM sleep. This is normal. But on the nights I took Galantamine at 5:30am, I tended to stay awake a little longer, then went directly into REM sleep.
